MEET THE BOARD

Reggie Prepetit '99, President   Reggie graduated from Morehouse College in May 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with cum laude honors. As a proud first generation Haitian American, he loved the diversity of the various cultures represented at Morehouse. As a Sr. Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with over a decade of experience, Reggie also serves on the board of directors for his company's African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) and the Long Beach Inglewood South Bay (LBISB) Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.  Reggie is a loving husband to his wife, Kim, and a proud father to his daughter, Paris. The Prepetit family currently resides in Inglewood, CA.

Yohance Salmon '09, 1st Vice President   Yohance graduated from Morehouse College in May 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, Sports Studies and Physical Education. As an entrepreneur, he is focused in the areas of Geriatric Health Care and Real Estate. Being a native of Los Angeles, he connected to a specific portion of the Morehouse mission statement, which is to “Develop men with disciplined minds who will lead lives of leadership and service”. By receiving this development at Morehouse himself, he has taken on the task to serve GLAMAA through his past leadership positions as Co-Chair of the College Fairs Committee, Chair of the Scholarship Committee, and most recently as Recording Secretary. He is also a Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. by way of the Mu Sigma Lambda Alumni Chapter of Baldwin Hills/Culver City, CA.

Dijon Jackson '01, 2nd Vice President   Damion Dijon Jackson is a native of Philadelphia, PA. Dijon received his bachelors in Arts from Morehouse College and earned a Masters Degree from Georgia State University. He prides himself on giving the very best that he has to give. Dijon is currently a Regional Portfolio Manager for a Real Estate Company and a Celebrity Event Planner. He is the father of two sons, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Inc. and a member of The Angel City Lodge of Masons. Dijon is also the former President of the Greater Los Angeles Morehouse Alumni Association. 

Dijon Jackson '01, 2nd Vice President

Damion Dijon Jackson is a native of Philadelphia, PA. Dijon received his bachelors in Arts from Morehouse College and earned a Masters Degree from Georgia State University. Darius Gray '97, Treasurer   A Los Angeles native, Darius Gray graduated from Morehouse in 1997 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.  He has served on GLAMAA’s Board of Directors since 2001.  His official capacities have included President for two terms, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary, and Treasurer.  He is also the Scholarship Committee Chairperson.  Needless to say, Darius is passionate about Morehouse College and a committed alumnus.  Darius understands that Morehouse College is in the business of educating young black men.  He knows that just like any business, a constant and ever growing revenue stream is imperative to its success.  He continues to work on behalf of GLAMAA to assure that as many men as possible have an opportunity to experience Morehouse.  Darius is a proud husband and father, and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.  He works full-time as principal of his own real estate firm.

Ronald Caishe Falls, Jr. '00, Financial Secretary   Ronald graduated from Morehouse College in May 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Physics. While at Morehouse, Ronald was actively involved in the Student Government Association and the campus newspaper, The Maroon Tiger. Ronald has worked in various capacities in the financial services sector since graduating from Morehouse and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Post Advisory Group.   Ronald is a proud father to his son, Idris, and currently resides in Santa Monica, CA.

Daughrity Real Estate And Management Solutions (DREAMS) is an Urban revitalization and neighborhood economic development company that encompasses every facet of commercial and residential real estate including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting, and development services. James's market area consists of properties in Southern California along the new Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project and his childhood neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.   James currently resides in Inglewood, CA and is an active member of GLAMAA. He is married to Belinda Daughrity, who is a Spelman College graduate.
